Refunds & Rescheduling

Tickets are non-refundable.

However, if you need to change the date of your booking:

• You can reschedule free of charge if requested at least 7 days before the class.
• If you request a date change within 7 days of the class, a $15 transfer fee per ticket will apply.

If you cannot attend but would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, you may do so at no cost, as long as the class date remains the same.

All booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@unexpectedguestgin.com.

Changes requested within 24 hours of the class may incur additional charges, subject to venue approval and availability.

Additional attendees will not be permitted to join on the day unless confirmed by the venue ahead of time. Please ensure each person has a ticket.

Due to the preparation and staffing required for these events, no-shows will be charged the full amount paid and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be required upon arrival.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The venue reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, in accordance with responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.

Health & Safety

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Participants are responsible for their own safety during the class. The venue will not be liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment.

Photography & Marketing

Photos or videos may be taken during the class and used for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

Punctuality

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals may miss important parts of the class and refunds will not be issued for missed portions.

Minimum Numbers & Cancellations by Venue

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum participant numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, venue issues).

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Personal Belongings

We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items during the event. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.

Terms & Conditions – “The Facebook Fiasco Giveaway”

1. Eligibility:
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.

2. Entry Period:
The competition opens on the date of the Facebook post and closes 7 days later at 11:59 PM Thursday 13th, November 2025. Entries after this time will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:

• Follow the new Facebook page ‘Unexpected Guest Distillery’.
• Receive one (1) additional entry for liking the competition post.
• Receive one (1) additional entry for tagging a friend in the comments on the post.

Maximum of three (3) entries per person.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) bottle of Unexpected Guest Disco Flamingo's Pink Gin. The prize will be shipped within Australia only.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random and announced via Facebook within 48 hours of the competition closing.

6. Notification:
Winners will be contacted directly through Facebook Messenger. If no response is received within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

7. General Conditions:

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
• By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility.
• Unexpected Guest Distillery reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
